History
DOMAIN LE VIVIER 1903
Located in an old farmhouse from the 18th century, nicely renovated, we are located in the town of Castillon. Only 12 km from Bayeux, its location is ideal for enjoying seaside activities, visiting the historic sites of the D-Day landings or strolling through the streets of the historic center of Bayeux. We are also located in the Golden Triangle of Normandy (12 minutes from Bayeux, 20 minutes from the D-Day beaches and 1h15 from Mont Saint Michel).
The Vivier estate property has 4.5 hectares of wooded land including fields, a pond fed by its stream and buildings. In addition to the rentals, you will also find a play area (trampoline, swing), an outdoor swimming pool (at 27° from May 15 to September 15), a greenhouse with seasonal vegetables and a cottage with a bread oven. You will be able to have fruit production depending on the season (apples, pears, cherries, plums, quince, hazelnuts and blackberries).
The estate includes 4 accommodations: 1 accommodation for 4 people (Le Bord de l'Etang), a house for 9 people (La villa Normande), a suite for 2 people (Les Volets Bleus) and the owners' house.
